I have a bunch of them, both in plastic and in metal from when I was playing bluegrass banjo

What I don’t like about that style thumbpick is that it doesn’t match the angle I use when finger picking
There are other styles though that match it better

I don't love to use them either. The metal ones are really tough to get used to

Three picks I got on a trip to Vancouver or three of the picks, I guess.

And five of the many picks I've accumulated from guitar shows over the years. (Last year's was cancelled locally--as they were many other places--even the NAMM Show is going online this year)

Some Tripicks & dual picks--picks with different thicknesses on different tips (The Awe In One Pics I posted on page 1 also have this) I tend to use the same thickness for everything, so I don't need these--but they're fun to try & check out

Picture above top row Left to Right--unknown, Stash picks, Stach Picks Middle row; Herdim, Herdim, Gibson Bottom Row--Speed picks (Dunlop)--a right handed & a left handed one--I forget which one is which. these have the tips twisted at an angle so you don't have to twist the pick when picking quickly--(Alternating picking) I tend to twist the pick anyway--but this is kind of cool--it's supposed to help you learn that--but I don't like them on chords--still something a little different.)

I once bought some picks for a Gretsch Roundup that we had up here in Minnesota. I had the event printed on the picks. it was done for a nominal price. of course, they were Gretsch orange.

So do any of you have a pick with Your Name printed on it?

Cool, I have considered getting personalized pick--just for fun, but I haven't done it yet. So do any of you have a pick with Your Name printed on it? nope. that was the only time I did something special like that. it was something like 100 picks for ~ $30. I only found offers of buying in bulk. no small amounts were offered.

Wood picks are quite a different feel, not my thing really--although with some songs on an acoustic guitar they have a very organic sound. But they are still cool
