I had a full beard when both my kids were first born. When we would get up for the night feedings, we’d keep the lights off so as not to wake them fully. It seemed that they always wanted to know who was feeding them as while they were being fed, they would reach up to feel our faces....smooth meant mom, furry meant dad. I know guys who shaved off their beard during that time as their kid yanked on their beard But some kids can be trained to gentle

What is interesting is that all the girls in my house (including my wife) have now taken to either cutting their own hair or each others. They never go to the hairdresser

Ya, I don’t think I’ve shaved off my moustache since I’ve been married...over 40 years.

I had a beard for a couple years and then got married at 24. A few months later, I decided to shave. I went in and cut it off (yes, it does take a while, as somebody noted earlier) and when I came out of the bathroom clean-shaven, the look on my wife's face was priceless. She called her best friend and said "Come and look at my 16 year old husband". She said she thought that she'd robbed the cradle.

I find them off putting on ladies Depends on the lady Seems the ladies don’t mind the beards in Alaska. I’ve never grown a beard myself however I don’t shave everyday either.

I may have to start tying my hair back some of the time (Like when cleaning up a kitchen or stuff like that.)

Still haven't had a haircut. I'm starting to look like Robbie Steinhart from the band Kansas (The first face you see in this video)

I went about 3 weeks ago. I might have to book now to get in before Easter. They’re hinting at another lockdown as cases are rising in the city.

As chance would have it my wife last night said to me "let's get that hair cut before you go to Tennessee" so maybe we'll have to time to get that done tonight

I'll probably have to book a 60 minute time for a hair cut once I get around to it.

Quoting myself, but June is probably the soonest as they locked down some stuff again--including barbers/hairdressers/etc.

Quoting myself, but June is probably the soonest as they locked down some stuff again--including barbers/hairdressers/etc. My barber uses the “Ring my Barber” app so that you make an appointment and that way he doesn’t have people waiting around in the shop. My last haircut was early March and I was planning on going around Easter but they issued a 4 week lockdown closing all barber shops and hair salons. So I booked for this coming Tuesday...then they extended the lockdown for another 2 weeks. So today I rebooked for the end of the month. We’ll see what happens. I’ve never had such terrible bedhead when I wake up as I have right now. I usually cut my hair once a month and I’m going on 2 months now and the back of my head is starting to take on a “mullet” appearance. if they extend the lockdown any further, I’m just going to get the hair clippers from my son and get my wife to give me a trim.
