look here, don't think i don't know exactly what you're thinking right now: "that's subjective, you can't make that claim honestly." well, i can, and i just did, and you're wrong. i'll prove it to you in a moment. first, lemme tell you a few fun facts, to give some background to this picture. the guy we're talking about here. he wrote this song when he was like, 17 or 18. you think you're a dedicated fan of a particular band cause you saw them multiple times, maybe even followed them on tour. in your van or something. your dedication is weak sauce by comparison. this guy, he wanted to see this someone play, so he walked 280 miles, one way. this guy, was so bad ass, that when he quit one of his jobs, they jailed him for a month. he also took a teaching job once, and got into a knife fight with one of his students. his lineage is all prominent musicians through out his family line. his pedigree is longer than 2pac's rap sheet the guy we're talking about is not this guy actually, it's this guy now, here's the proof. you play this LOUD. bonus points if you use over-the-ear headphones. if i had a time machine, and was a billionaire, i would go back to 1971, and i would pay jon lord a million dollars to play this song at the concert hall at yale. just for me, and a few friends who get it. it came to mind because it's that halloween time of year, and everyone thinks of this as a horror song. but really, it's the greatest song anyone ever wrote ever.
