currently, i have this tiny little pedal train board. i also have a few things that currently reside on the floor because there's no room on the board.
my set up now is:
guitar>rotovibe on the floor>tuner>rotory chorus>ocd>red horse fuzz all on the board>amp then the delay is on the floor, in the loop. there isn't any pedal that's "always on". each one is something i use for a specific thing. i rarely use more than one at a time, not counting the delay. technically it's always on, but i toggle it in or out with the switch for the loop instead of at the delay. i also have the 2 button foot switch for my amp, an a/b/ab switch, and a single button switch for the other amp.
i was thinking of putting everything on one board except for the vibe. can any of you think of a reason not to put the footswitches or a/b switch on the board, as well as the delay? all the effects are going to the same amp. the other amp is just guitar. if you would change the order, tell me so i can learn something.

I have a foot switch for my amp and if I had the room I would stick it on my pedal board. As it is my board has a volume and wah pedal with several stomp box’s, tuner and wireless all run off a voodoo power supply. For me, it’s easier to order the pedals if they are all in one place. In your case you have one pedal riding solo on the loop so that’s a couple extra cables to run, I would definitely put it on the board just because it’s easier to pack up. A long time ago I had a similar setup where I ran only 2 of my pedals thru the loop and they were on the board, I just ran 90 degree cable ends to the loop pedals so the cables just flowed off the back of the board. It really comes down to what works for ya, lots of great info online concerning pedal order but for me, the more condensed everything is the better especially if you gig or move your gear around a lot. Might be time to upsize your board if space is an issue.

My preference is put the Fuzz first. They are picky AF when they are last in the chain. I would also add a buffer, but that's just me. I have soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many pedals and power bricks to power the pedals. I have one A/B for the FUZZ's and the other is for the rest. That goes to another A/B to send signal out to my either one or both of my AMPS. Coming off the first A/B I have a buffer and before going into the second A/B I have another buffer. Delay and Reverb on both amps are in the FX Loop of the amps.
I have another separate pedal board for my Solid State Orange amp and that has an A/B for the FUZZ and the rest.

Sorry for the late response holidays and post holidays rat race. I got a few buffers off of Amazon and built one.
