"I almost forgot fellow babies - BOOGER!!!"
"Thanks for that on-the-spot report, Les. For those of you who've just tuned in, the Pinedale Shopping Mall has just been bombed with live turkeys. Film at eleven."
"Don't you get it man? The phone company is in on it!"

My favourite character on the show--and the New WKRP got better when he showed up. Condolences to his family & friends.

I was always a Howard Hesseman fan, particularly because of WKRP. If there's one character that defined the rock and roll DJ, johnny Fever's the one and Howard played for all it's worth. I also had a VHS tape of a 1981 movie called "Private Lessons" (starring "Emmanuelle" Sylvia Kristel) that he was in, playing the family chauffeur. A great character actor, Howard Hesseman will be missed. R.I.P. "Johnny Fever"

This clip has the original music replaced due to licensing issues. Still funny & a good clip. The original song he first played was Queen of the Forest by Ted Nugent Derek St Holmes on vocals. that starting riff fit the scene so well.
