Haven’t got any Marshall stuff currently but did have a Plexi head & an 8x10 cab back in the 60s. just about make it out in the attached pic. Also had a Class 5 for a while a few years ago. Not impressed with that Attachments:

I only have the Micro (top) and 75 Reverb (center) now. The DSL 40 is long gone.

I've never owned a Marshall--but the Micro has tempted me--even if just for a joke.
I have nothing against them, it just never happened.
Although I'm lad I never got big stack--I don't need that now & my body aches at the thought of moving one.
Still cool.

I only owned a small Marshall Valvestate that a friend gave to me years ago. It was a fairly decent amp, nothing like their tube amps

I've had my Reverb 75 (5275) since '86. It's based on the JCM 800 circuit and sounds very close to it. Loud cleans and a nice crunch when overdriven. Mine has the factory Celestion 'Sidewinder' speaker (150w, 8Ω).

First marshall I ever had was a jcm 900 50w dual reverb, didn’t like it, was just a bad choice of amps for the type of music I was playing at the time. Years later I got a monobloc 100/100 rack mount with el-34s in it. I used that one for years with the same cabinet which was a 1960a top 4x12. At the time I used an mp-1 preamp with a slew of pedals. A lot of crap to haul around, I had a power cleaner stuffed in there so the rack weighed a ton, glad those days are gone.

here’s a pic I posted in another thread, if you look behind me you can see the rig I was talking about. Looking back it was a little overkill but it sure sounded great.

I've only ever owned one Marshall. I bought a new 100 watt bass amp in the late 70's, and was so underwhelmed that I sold it a few months later and never bought another Marshall product.

This is my current rig, a Marshall JVM210H and a 1960A cab: I just wish I could get Marshalls to sound the way I want. I love the way they sound, and my favourite players play them, but they don't seem to work for me so I might move this head on hopefully for an Orange.

I had a JCM900 combo for six or seven months in the 90's.
