I got an email for this So you wear the Metronome & feel the pulse Could work for some
But I don’t wear a watch -don’t like it And back when I did wear one I often took it off when I played guitar
Still it could work for some
The one I saw also had a tuner & dB (decibel in this case) meter Those could be useful though

I don't think that the metronome watch would help me- seems like a big distraction...

My left foot is my metronome when recording and gigging. I hate hearing the sound of one so always turn it off

The Decibel meter is kind of neat I suppose but I've had to use one of them exactly once on a gig because of volume restrictions and I just put one on my phone temporarily

Some of the clubs in Wales were told to install them, but after a few bands refused to play, they now tend to turn them off

We're pretty disciplined with our volume so I don't need one anyway. I've always been concerned about hearing loss too

While I can see some people liking this watch, for me it seems like it’s solving a problem that doesn’t exist

While I can see some people liking this watch, for me it seems like it’s solving a problem that doesn’t exist Well it might be good for a deaf and blind musician who had no sense of time? At least he'd get the taps as a beat?

I was just thinking while seeing the words”metronome watch” Is that like a storm watch? Perhaps the local cable station could do a program like the Christmas yule log but with a metronome that ticks back and forth for hours on end. So for those people who are deprived the joy of watching a metronome of their own they can "scratch that metronome compulsion itch". But would the storm watch be a wristwatch weather station?

About a year and a half back, when I was having service issues with my Peterson StroboFlip, I briefly considered replacing it with a newer Peterson tuner instead of sending it for repair. I decided not to when I realized there wasn't any current tuners I'd like as well as my StroboFlip. However, in looking at the Peterson line, I saw some newer items that were intriguing - One was a digital tempo unit that could be married to their tuners that would act as a digital metronome with flashing lights. I never felt the need for a metronome myself, but I was intrigued by the technology. And, I was playing with a drummer at the time who had some speeding issues, and I could see where it could really help some guys. www.petersontuners.com/shop/item/StroboPlus-HD-Metronome-Upgrade
